Lore processes the public link you choose to share, an anonymous RevenueCat customer ID, your selected analysis mode, optional question, answer language and style, processing diagnostics, and the content needed to produce your requested result. This is necessary to provide the service you request and for Lore's legitimate interests in reliability, security, and abuse prevention. Do not submit private links or content you do not have permission to process.
When needed, Lore sends the requested content and optional question to Google's Gemini API for analysis. Purchases are handled by Apple and RevenueCat; Lore does not receive your payment details. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable transfer safeguards and are required to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.
Temporary media is not retained in Lore's operational database and temporary provider files are deleted after processing. The public URL, anonymous customer ID, selected options, optional question, the generated result, model, timing, status, and error diagnostics are retained for up to 90 days so Lore can investigate failures, issue refunds, prevent abuse, and check answer quality. Access is limited to Lore's operator. Your own copy of a completed result also remains in local history on your iPhone until you clear History or remove the app.
Data is not sold or used for advertising or cross-app tracking. You may withdraw a request before submitting it. After submission, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection by email, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
